KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis® Courses Terms and Conditions Agreement

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website https://karohs.school, member area (LMS), and any other platforms, systems, or services used to deliver KAROHS products or content (“Platform”). By accessing or using any part of our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Responsibility

To access certain features on our Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use our Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activity, nor to interfere with the integrity or security of our systems.

3. Course Access & Product Purchase

When you enroll in a course or purchase a product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the relevant content for your own learning. You may not share, republish, or resell any part of the content without written consent.

Graduating from a KAROHS course does not permit you to:
– Teach or train others using KAROHS materials
– Certify others using KAROHS content (even if modified)
– Open a course based on or derived from KAROHS materials

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your access and revocation of any certification.

4. Payments and Shipping

Please choose carefully.
Due to the nature of our courses and printed materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend reviewing product descriptions thoroughly and reaching out to us with any questions before making a payment.

For printed products such as books or flashcards, shipping and handling fees may apply. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout. KAROHS is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform—including texts, diagrams, manuals, exercises, video materials, and designs—is protected by intellectual property laws. These materials are owned by KAROHS or licensed for our use.

You may:
– View and download course materials for personal use
– Quote trait descriptions in your own reports

You may not:
– Reproduce, distribute, or publish any materials without permission
– Use KAROHS content to create your own training, school, or certification
– Share your login or course files with others

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAROHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of our Platform or services.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on the location of KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis and in accordance with relevant international principles. In the event of a dispute, we will strive to resolve it fairly and in good faith.
